A critical restructure

Following a management buyout, our client – a small professional service company – worked with Sky Space over a year to address legacy cultural issues, create a more collegiate culture, develop leadership confidence and prepare the wider team for a shift towards the company becoming co operatively owned.  By blending leadership coaching, team coaching and spot coaching, the programme helped the team embrace change and work together so that the business – and everyone in it – could start to thrive and grow under tough conditions. At the start of the coaching I identified a long-term vision for the practice. I also identified specific team challenges to overcome including pressure of workload leaving little time for strategic planning, a particularly poor client relationship, and a legacy of high-stress projects that had translated into a toxic workplace atmosphere.
