OUR WORK

Plymouth Relational Excellence Project

Thanks to POP Collectives funding, the PREP21 Collective – which includes Sky Space, Being in Circle CIC, the Diversity Business Incubator CIC and the Plymouth Trauma Informed Network – are creating a space and process that allows different relational practices and practitioners in Plymouth to learn from each other and develop new ways of working that can only emerge through collaboration.

We’re doing this because the complex needs of organisations, communities, networks and partnerships in Plymouth are better met by tailored programmes rather than off-the-shelf packages or any one single approach. In order to ‘meet the world where it is‘ practitioners need to venture out of their silos and start to explore what’s possible working together from a place of awareness, PREP21 is a chance to get the ball rolling in a safe-to-fail way.

It sounds like a very positive step forward for the city and I think it will really change how these professionals work together and help others.

Relational practice is vitally important for any organisation or community to function effectively. Great to see these excellent organisations collaborating on what will undoubtedly be a rich and proactive project.

It’s ambitious and joined up and we love that!

It sounds like an interesting project for sharing best practice and creating tailored programs that improve organisations and communities.
