Sky Space developed and delivered the “Inclusive Leadership Training Programme for Plymouth” to current and future leaders from the public, private and third sector who wanted to enhance their ability to lead and make change happen in collaboration with others.

The initial 15-hour training package was developed thanks to funding from Unify Plymouth and delivered in partnership with the Diversity Business Incubator CIC. Participants from the first five cohorts included: Managing Directors and Chief Executives, Senior and Junior Managers, Activists, Students, Community Organisers and leaders.
