Belong in Plymouth is part of Healthy Communities Together – a three-year national programme funded by the King’s Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund aimed at developing effective and sustainable partnerships between the voluntary and community sector, the NHS and local authorities to improve health and wellbeing, reduce health inequalities and empower communities. The focus in Plymouth is on Social Isolation.

Sky Space is providing Strategic Leadership and Collaborative Support to local stakeholders – including the NHS, Statutory Service providers, the VCSE and individual citizens – training Community Researchers and acting as learning leads for the programme in collaboration with our colleague from the South West Academic Health Science Network.
