Who we are


We’re a small team of team and organisational development specialists with an exciting mix of professional experience. We’re spread across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset and each of us is trained in cutting edge relational and systemic organisational development practices. We deliver through a blend of consultancy, facilitation, coaching, experiential learning and training.

The fact that we care for each other is felt in the way we support each other’s well-being and champion each other to grow as people and professionals.

Martyn Lowesmith

Martyn Lowesmith ORSC CPCC Team Development Team Improvement Team Performance Coach Consulant Devon Cornwall SomersetMartyn’s style is compassionate, patient, engaging, challenging and supporting. He lives near Taunton in Somerset and has a gift for connecting people and businesses with their own humanity. He has decades of experience in business ownership and working as a human focused transformation specialist with expertise in team and organisational development, consultancy, training, sales, management and systemic coaching.

Though a number of senior and Board-level roles in Organisational Development and consulting, he has gathered extensive national and global experience as team and organisational development specialist working on culture change and transformation assignments for multi-national corporate clients.

He is also a pioneer of coaching in the UK and played a key role in growing the UK coaching market and building the reputation of the industry.

In the late 1990s he co-founded and was Managing Director of The Coaches Training Institute UK, which is now the largest coach training organisation in the world. The Coactive Coaching training programme delivered by CTI is acknowledged as one of the most rigorous professional leadership coach training and certification programmes in the industry.

Latterly, Martyn was also Director and Operations Manager of CRR Global UK Ltd, and was responsible for introducing systemic organisational coaching into the UK market, delivering accredited training in the ground-breaking Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching model (ORSC).

He has worked in the insurance, finance, telecoms, energy, pharmaceutical, engineering and public sectors, as both coach and consultant.

He is a member of the Institute of Consulting as well as a systemic Organisation and Leadership coach with multiple certifications. He also supports professional coaches with supervision and professional development.

Jen Parkin

Team Development Consultants Coaching Cornwall Somerset DevonJen is based in Cornwall and has an infectious laugh. She brings energy, pace and intellectual challenge to all her work. She has a flair for bringing difficult concepts to life in all sorts of contexts. An expert in systems thinking, she uses consultancy, facilitation and systemic team coaching to bring her work around systems change to life.

Over the last 15 years as a team and organisational development specialist, Jen has worked as an independent consultant as well as holding consultancy roles with the Work Foundation, KPMG and Camden Council. Clients have included the NHS Shared Pathology Service, Devon County Council, Essex University, Talking Money and the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government.

As an Internal Change Consultant for Camden Council, she led the development of innovative leadership programmes for senior managers to help them improve team performance and worked on several strategically significant system interventions in the areas of Adult Social Care, Complaints and IT.

Her work with Devon County Council focused on the Highways system. Increasing understanding of systemic issues getting in the way of better performance, facilitating the development of a new method of working and mentoring leaders and team members in the application of core systems thinking principles.

Working as a consultant with the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government she designed and delivered team coaching sessions to increase appreciation of diversity, how it impacts on working styles and how differences can be understood and integrated.

Jen is a Fellow at the Schumacher Institute – a think tank that supports the application of systems thinking to economic and environmental challenges. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a qualified MBTI Practitioner, accredited in Workplace Mediation, an Agile Project Management Practitioner and a trained Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach.

Stephane Kolinsky

Team Development Coaching and Consultancy Devon Cornwall SomersetStephane’s style is kind, precise, intuitive, full of heart, brave, fun, challenging and supportive. He is passionate about people contributing to the communities they’re a part of. He champions the importance of taking ownership of feelings, relationships, triumphs and challenges. Believing that effective solutions to the complex problems people face are created, implemented and sustained through relationship. This comes through strongly in his approach to helping teams realise their potential.

After returning from several years in Japan, he moved to Plymouth and worked for the Devon and Cornwall Business Council (now the South West Business Council). Supporting a wide range of leading private sector organisations with strategic regional cross-sector networking, lobbying and public sector engagement.

As a Director, mentor and consultant he has worked with for-profit businesses, social enterprises, charities, community and umbrella organisations. Helping them build their organisations from the ground up, access resources, co-create with stakeholders, navigate restructures and develop sustainable business models.

As a consultant working for the Real Ideas Organisation, he was co-responsible for delivering a five-year Big Lottery funded programme in Cornwall. A project that supported over 600 of the most marginalised 18-24-year-olds in the county into employment, education and better relationship with themselves, their communities and the world. The project received national recognition for its co-creative approach, the way it influenced commissioning and stakeholder culture, its cost-benefit and the quality of outcomes it achieved.

Stephane has worked in the voluntary, social enterprise, education,  public, creative and professional service sectors across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. He is a certified Executive and systemic Organisational coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation.

He lives by the sea in Plymouth, Devon and over the last 10 years has worked in the voluntary, social enterprise, education, public, creative, and professional service sectors across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. He is a steering group member for the UK Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching community. And, is currently the International Coach Federation Devon Chapter Group Leader and hosts regular meet-ups for coaches, and coaching curious professionals in the area.
