Welcome to the Sky Space team development blog where team and organisational development specialists Jen, Stephane and Martyn share their thoughts and reflections. Our approach to helping clients overcome team challenges and realise team potential brings together systems thinking, systemic organisation and team coaching, relationship work, leadership development and consultancy around designing systems, processes and policies.
We’re based in the South West of England and have over 50 years’ combined experience working with clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors nationally and internationally. We decided to start a team development blog as a way for us to shape our thinking, comment on emerging research, reflect on trends and stay engaged with the things we’re passionate about.
